The first publicly accessible disposable camera was invented by Fujifilm in 1986, and was named the Quick-Snap. They were made cheaply but were affordable. The main use was for events or vacations, and it would be able to retreat photos and dispose the camera. -
Nintendo Gameboy
The first Gameboy was introduced in Japan around April of 1989. It first became available in the US around August of 1989. Nintendo aimed to allow gamers to have a portable device that they could take on the go. It had a very slick and simple layout, but the graphics were only black and white.
