Japanese immigrants began ariving in America for the same resons other immigrants had come in the past, to be free. Important: More immigrants had been coming to America. America started to get mad and started putting laws agianst them. -

The Japanese had bombed America. Both Japanese Americans and Americans were stunned. Important: America declared war on Japan. -
FBI Round-up
FBI agents began to take Japanese and other possible suspects for questioning, after barging into their houses. Important: This event was the deciding factor if they should create internment camps for the suspects. -
Japenese Loyalty is Questioned
The Japanese Americans destroyed anything suspicous or disloyal. The Japanese stayedoff the street and listened to radios and waited in their homes. Imortant: This shows that we are always looking out for the security of our people, and stop at nothing to protect it. -
Executive Order 9066
This order made the army relocate all persons of Japanese lineage as well as others who might threten the security of the country. Important: It decided the fate of many people's life the next few years. -
Moving Madness
Possibility of arrest and improsoment, and terse commands were given to Japanese Americans before their move to the camps. Important: Japanese Americans lost their freedom, privacy, and dignity during this move. -
Storage and Sales
Japanese Americans burned their furniture or smashed their china instead of selling it for a low price because they were getting a small fraction of what it was worth. Important: Americans didn't respect them, assuming they invaded their security. -
E-Day
Japanese Americans bagan reporting to the control centers on their signed evacuation day (E-Day) Important: Japanese finally got released.
