The beginning!
I was born. This is the day that my youngest sister jokingly (I think) says that her life was ruined! I am hoping that this is the day that someone was born that will make a positive difference in someone's life! -
High School Graduation
I graduated from Millersburg Area High School, a little town in Pennsylvania, about 20 miles north of Harrisburg. -
College Graduation
I graduated with a dual degree and teaching certification in mathematics and chemistry. -
1st Teaching Job
I started my first teaching job in the York City School District, York, PA. It was a long-term full year substitute position for a sabbatical leave in general science and basic mathematics. A great place to start teaching - I learned a lot! -
First comes marriage....
I married my college sweetheart! -
Upper Dauphin Area High School, Here I Come!
I started teaching at UDA and I've been there ever since! The school is situated in a small rural town, Elizabethville, PA, about 45 minutes north of Harrisburg, PA. This is a rival school from where I graduated high school! -
Nathaniel is born!
Our son arrived! -
Sarah is Born!
Our beautiful daughter was born! -
Master's Degree
I received my Master's Degree in Science Education with a Concentration in Literacy. -
Invited to see VP Biden Speak
I was invited to see the VP speak after my comments regarding the American Jobs Act made it to the White House Blog! I was very excited! -
