        James Reeb was beaten to death in Selma right outside of a cafe. - 
  
  
        President Lyndon B. Johnson was having conversations about ending the brutality in Alabama to the Governor, George Wallace. - 
  
  
        Judge Frank M. Johnson, Jr. said the march was able to go to Montgomery and demanded protection for all the marchers that were apart of it. - 
  
  
        All the 25,000 marchers marched together in Montgomery. During this event, there was a long speech given by Dr. King.
