When john proposed to Polly they were every rushed to get married. they had known each other four years, courting for three of them, before they married on January 1, 1908. John telling Polly's family that if she is not allowed to marrie him that he would blow his brains out. -
John marries Polly

Polly and John's baby is born(George)
The baby boy George is born and they are now loving happy parents Jonh and Polly. Jonh was a good father as soon as the boy could walk he went with his father everywhere helpinh him with the chores. Everyone commented on the close bond between father adn son and how good Jonh was with the "wean." -
John steals money from his brother-in-law
John was working for a greenhouse buisness but he couldnt handle it any more he told money out of buisness to pay off his brothers debts. when things started to get worse he stole money from his brother-in-law, so he could pay off creditors. It was never enough and the bank foreclosed them in October 1911. -
John goes to Canada
After the Greenhouse buisness was closed he was loking for more work and wanted to go to Canada to find a new job. When John tells Polly about this she dosent want him to leave as she is already six months pregnet. John tells her that it is only going to be for a year and he will come back home to her. -

John join the RNWMP
Since John was turned down by the army because of his bad lungs. he hears that there is an opening in the RNWMP. He decides that he would go and try to join them and to his surprise they allow him on to the force. Although John would rather join the army so he can go see Polly again. -
John is stationed in Blaine Lake
After John joins the the police he gets stationed in Blaine Lake. When in Blaine Lake this is when he first meets Jessie. While in Blaine lake him and Jessie fall in love with each other and John wants to marry her. -
Jonh meets Jessie

John has tuberculosis
When John first tried to going the army they say he has week lungs and can’t join. Well he then finds out the he has tuberculosis and becomes very sick and at some points not sure if he will live. Also at this point we see John and Jessie become closer to each other and John and Polly start to be serpated more. -
John proposed to Jessie

Polly is coming to Canada
When Polly hears the John has tuberculosis she gets very worried that he might not live long enough to see her again. So on New Years she decide to tell her family that she is going to Canada to see John. Her family doesn’t really want her to go but she doesn’t care she wants to go and see him before he dies -

Polly finally arives in Regina
Polly finally made it to Canada and is really excited to finally see John. She finds the nearest police station and asks around about John and then she is finally but though on the phone to John and this is her happiest she has been in a long time, and for John one of the most scariest time in his life. -
Polly and John finally meet

Polly finds a letter fromJessie
When Jessie finds the letter from Jessie she gets upset and actually sees now that John has been lying to her the whole time. She goes down the the police station where John is at and confronts him about the letter. But John the quick thinker he is lies to Polly again and makes it seem like the letter is nothing. -
John shoots Polly
Since Polly has found that letter she never really trust John about much so John told her he would take her to Jessie and prove the Polly that there is nothing between the two of them. On the way there they stop and John starts shooting some birds and then he turns and points the shotgun at polly’s head and pulls the trigger and kills her. He the. Takes the body and burried the body under a culvert -
