Decembrist Revolt
After Alexander the 1st died, some people didn't want to take an oath to Nicholas the 1st. They convinced some troops to not take the oath and wanted Nicholas's brother to become ruler. The uprising was easily crushed and they sent some of the revolters to Siberia. -
