    On april 19th a cold wendy dawn the redcoats reached massachusetts not far away from concord.Eight minutemen were killed and 10 was hurt but only one british soldier was injured the battle lasted 10 minutes.The british soldiers went back to boston in a march but it ended up to be a slaughter.

    on june 17, 1775 gage sent 2,400 british soldiers up the hill. the colonists lost 430 men while the british suffered 1,000 casualties. it was the deadliest battle of the war.
