The television is a big part of most of our lives today. The TV was invented by Philo Farnsworth, and was invented on sept., 1927 in San Francisco California. -
The Cellular Phone
The first portable cell phone was made by Martin Cooper of Motorola to his research rival at the Bell Labs, Joe Engel. Although mobile had been used since the mid-1940's, Cooper's was the first one invented for truly portable use. He and his team was awarded a Patent in 1975. -
Satellite Radio
A lot of people use satellite radio today. There are quite a bit of satellite radio services today, such as Sirius xm. This happened in 2001.
