After they had watched a movie,and on their way home they met Cherry's boyfriend,Bob.Bob and his friends wanted to fight them due to the fact that they watched a movie with Cherry.So,this was a conflict between Bob and Pony,which is a significant detail. -
6.Pony cut his hair which he was proud of
Pony and Johnny cut their hair in order to escape polices' search. Pony thought his hair a symbol of Greaser, and his brother, Soda, had same hair. -
7.They read a poem in the sunset
Pony and Johnny stood in the sunset, and Pony said a poem to recall the great time when they all are together, and what they do anything, since thay are very tough and in running away now. And in the following chapter, Johnny gave Pony a letter included this poem in order to let Pony keep kindhearted. -
8.Dally came to church and they saved the children
Dally found them, and stayed with them. When the church was fire, Johnny and Pony saved children because they thought it was their duty and they throw cigarette cause the fire. When Johnny was fallen by beam, Dally saved Johnny. Johnny is Dally's best friend, so we can explain that Dally was the mostpainful for Johnny's death. -
9.They were hurt in the fire and treated as heroes
Dally, Johnny, and Pony was hurt, and they were sent to hosptial, and especially, Johnny was really serious, which was related to Johnny's death. People praised them as heroes, since they saved children. Perhaps they were heroes, so people would forgive their crime later. -

When Two-Bit and pony went to hospital from home, they met Randy. Randy and Pony had a conversation about Bob, and Randy thought Bob's family education led to his personality. Bob was dead due to his arrogant personality. This was a view from a friend's perspective. -

After they visited Johnny, they met Cherry. And Pony and Cherry had a conversation, and Cherry was quite sad about Bob's death. Cherry thought Bob was a special guy, and aattractive.
