Zapata, Villa, and Orozco, Madero revolt against Diaz

Again Madero revolts agaist Diaz, but with Zapata, Villa and Orozco

Madero becomes President of Mexico.

The people of Mexico wanted Madero to become president.

Battle of Veracruz

Woodrow Wilson ordered an armed invasion of Veracruz. many americans died and this battle ended the US- Mexico relationship for a while.

Battle of Torreon

Sep 29, 1913

It was a 3 day fight between Pancho Villa and General Jose Refugio Velasco. Villa's troops took over the center of Mexico.
