Amir and Hassan kite contest
Amir and Hassan go to this annual contest of kite running. During the contest Hassan wins the kite contest by getting the last standing kite and He goes on his way to give it to Amir. On his way a couple of bad guys stop him and they wanted the kite but instead they took Hassan pants down and raped him, but the sad part was that Amir was there the whole time and didn't do anything about it. -
Hassan and his dad Ali leave
Hassan and Ali leave because Amir planted his watch in there house and told his dad his own servent had stold from him. But baba forgave them and told them to stay but Hassan and Ali had there reasons to leave. They both knew they hadn't done it but they took the blame and left the house. -
Russian invasion

Amir and bab move to the United states
After hard struggles and a lot of sacrifice, baba brings his son Amir to the United states for a better life. There they meet some other Afghanistan people with a super mart and those people had a daughter named soraya which Amir found really attractive. He fell deaply in love with her right at the moment and told baba to talk to his dad for permission to date his daghter. -
Amir and soraya get married
Baba sadly had cancer and so the weeding had to be fast so then baba would have time for him to see his son get married to the woman that he loved. Sadly a couple of months later babe passed away because of the cancer but atleast Amir was happy that his father got to attend the wedding. -
Taliban take over
Taliban take over Afghanistan and people are getting killed everywhere and Amir gets a phone call from baba friend and he says he need to go to Afghanistan and that is ergent and later when he gets there he find out that his friend Hassan and his wife were killed and they left behind a son and it was his duty to take Hassan son sohrab. So then Amir was on a mission to find him and was in great danger -
Amir finds sohrab
Amir finds sohrab with the guy that had raped Hassan. He told him he wasn't leaving without him and told him he would take him no matter what, later on the guy told him that they have to fight and whoever wins, keeps the kid. Amir had never thrown a punch in his life. The guy started beating Amir up with a brass nuckle and broke his face and ribs and just hurt him but then sohrab got his slingshot and hit him with a metal ball in his eye and hurt him so bad, Amir took him but he was hurt. -
Amir goes back home with sohrab
Amir after the fight ends up in the hospital badly but later on he gets better and takes sohrab with him to the United state to live with him and treat him like his own son. Later on Amir and sohrab would go to kite running contest together and had a bond like Amir and Hassan did.
