Sadly, from 1970 onwards, the population of Holiday camps, started to decline as people soon wanted to see the sun, sea and the sand in the warm weather, not the cold.

The good thing about the airlines expanding, it meant that there was lots more competition, which meant that the airlines were becoming cheaper, which meant that people going to different countries, became a lot more commion.
