The countries that were part of the German empire were involved, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Palau Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Samoa, Burundi, Kenya, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. -
Religious Beliefs
The German Empire was religiously diverse, meaning that they accepted all religions. However, the Central and northern became protestant. While the southern Germany and the Rhineland largely remained Catholic. Making it 63% Protestant 36% Catholic and 1% Jewish. -
Founding
Germany started as an Empire named The German Empire which was founded in January of 1871. Three successful wars by the North German state, Prussia led to the founding of The German Empire. -
Decline.
The German empire declined in 1917. They lost world war one due to the French being able to escape the trap set to them. The French were able to wipe out the whole German army which lead to the decline of the Empire -
Population and Growth.
From the begging the German Empire had conquered about 540,854 square km and a population of 41 Million people. By the time 1917 came, the population was 67 Million. -

After loosing world war one, The German Empire lost much of it's territory. However, it didn't loose all of it. The country now known as "Germany" remained and thrived to become the country we know now. -
Germany During world war ii
During world war ii, Japan attacked Pear Harbor which lead to America's entry to world war ii. Japan attacked because they thought that the U.S.A wouldn't be able to defeat Germany. But they were wrong, America did defeat Germany and Germany lost the war. -
Germany after world war ii
After Germany was defeated, it was divided into four military occupation under the control on the United States, and two parts. The four zones were, France in the southwest, Britain in the northwest, The united states in the south, and the Soviet Union in the east. The two parts were east and west Germany. -
The Germany reunion
On October 3, 1990 The eastern part of Germany ceased to exist due to extreme numbers of people escaping to Western Germany. Which lead to destroying the Berlin wall, so it became one country. -

Germany is a federal country with a democratic Government. Germany is made of 16 states, Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin, Brandenburg, Lower Saxony, Hesse, Bremen, Hamburg, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, North Rhine-Westphalia, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein, and Thuringia.
