    The Sprinkling of Blood happened in 1700 BCE, Jesus picks up this language and institutes a new covenant with his body and blood as the new sacrifice, during the Last Supper: “This chalice which is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood” . Ways we celebrate this in our lives is through drinking wine when receiving communion.
