  • Indian Removal Act

    It was passed by andrew Jackson and it consisted of which southeastern tribes were to relocate land west of the mississippi river.

    Natives had traveled over 5000 miles to what is now known as Oklahoma and in the way many died because of harsh weather, sicknesses, starving till death, and exhaustion.
