  • First marked smartphone

    In 2000, there was a lot of changes going on. This was a huge year for phones as this year was memorably noted as the year the phones became cell phones. This phone is name the Ericsson R380.

  • Home internet

    In 2001, home internet was first available. This was a huge change in the technological field. This changed communication between others dramatically. This also allowed for social sites and other online venues that still exist to this day to function.

  • Xbox!!

    In 2001, An Xbox was brought to the gaming console market. This unit had a huge release day and sold millions of units. Still to this day, Xbox is a running company that has launched many new innovations to keep them in competition.

  • Facebook

    In 2006, almost 5 years after home internet was readily available, an app named Facebook was created. This was a social site created by a group of friends but mostly noted, Mark Zuckerburg.

  • First iPhone

    This was apples first smartphone. This was also the first smartphone built with advanced features the phone markets has never seen before. Releasing this iPhone was the biggest thing in the phone industry I believe because apple is currently the largest cell phone company.
