Plague closes theater
A bunch of plague outbreaks started in 1563 which closed down the London theater. The Bubonic Plague hit London again, harshly killing over 33,000 people, forcing the globe theater to shut down once more in 1603 and 1608. -

First London play house
The London playhouse was the first to be built. It was built in 1576 by an actor named James Burgade who was a friend of Shakespeare's. -

Drake's Voyage
Drake had shipped out the second circumnavigation of the world in a single expedition, starting from 1577 and ending in 1580. He was the first to complete the voyage as a captain while he was leading the expedition through the entire circumnavigation. -
Walter Raleigh
It was on the 27th of April in 1584, Walter had two men named Philip Amadas, and Arthur Barlowe, dispatch an expedition. They all arrived at an island on July 4th of the same year named, Roanoke. -
Defeat of The Spanish Armada
The defeat of the Spanish Armada was in 1588. It happened while they were in command of the Duke of Medina Sidonia and escorting an army from Flanders. -

The North Berwick Witch Hunt left trails leading to a number of people from East Lothian, Scotland. They all pointed out for what they thought was witchcraft, and they ran all over for two years blaming over seventy people. -

In 1601, Essex's attempted rebellion against Queen of England, Elisabeth I was unsuccessful, Sir Robert Cecil who led the court faction allowed them to gain further influence at the court. -
King James I
King James is the son of Mary, who's the Queen of Scots. James is also the great, great, grandson of Henry VII. James had achieved the last Tudor Monarch of England and Ireland. Queen Elizabeth, on the other hand, had died without having any kids to pass the throne down to. -

In 1605, the Gunpowder Plot was called, The Gunpowder treason plot. They also called it, Jesuit Treason. There was a failed assassination around that time, on King James I from a group of English Catholics who were hired by Robert Catesby. -

The Macbeth premier was first ever to be played in London in front of King James in 1606. The idea of the Macbeth story was after the gunpowder plot was discovered. -
Jamestown Virginia
In North America, 104 matured and still growing men settled down on some land named Jamestown on May 13th for their settlement of which they named after their king, James I. That settlement then came to be the first permanent English settlement. -
James Bible
King James's Bible is the English translation version of the Christion Bible for the church of England. In 1611the Bible was both completed and published and had the sponsorship of King James I of England. -
Globe Theater Fire
The globe theater that was associated with William Shakespeare was destroyed by a fire on the 29th of June in 1613. -
English war
English civil war had forced the theatre to shut down in 1641 because of the Puritans. On the 2nd of September, an ordinance was handed out to theatres telling them to shut down until the war is over.
