In Italy, the Fascists appeared as the saviors as society moved towards communism. The Rise of Fascism was not so much the indication of success for Mussolini and Hitler as it was the failure of democracy and the failure of people to stick to their principles.
    The major difference between Communism and Fascism is that Fascism recognizes the ownership of private propert.
