Term beginning in 1945, Harry S. Truman was greatly involved in the Cold War against the Soviet Union, he created the Truman Doctrine and Confinement to help stop the spread of communism. -
Joseph Stalin (1878-1953)
Leader of the Communist Soviet Union from mid-1920s till his death in 1953. He ruled as a total dictator for around 30 years, and he has aspirations to spread and rule communist ideals throughout Europe and eventually the world. -
