Owen was the murderer the whole time(killed lionel,Marcus,and Eileen) to keep the history of his sister,Regina Alive. He was a part of the Archive and committed suicide because of the crew who came to take Regina and arrest Owen. -

Owen and Wesley fight, but it does not end up well for wesley and he gets stabbed from Owen. -
