The Battle of Gonzales was the first battle in the beggining of Texas revolution. This battle started on Octuber 2 ,1835. This battle was fought betweeen the Texan settlers and the Mexican army troops. This battle was fought near gonzales.This was just a little skirmish for a cannon. -
