What: A guy walked onto the beach and dropped an umbrella which hid a gun. He then began to shoot at everyone.
Who: ISIS claimed part. (foreign) Gunman was named Al Rezgui.
Casualties: at least 38 people killed, 39 others wounded
Why: Al Rezgui is believed to be inspired by ISIS.
