Franz Ferdinand was the Archduke of Austria. In 1914 some assassins tried to murder Franz, but missed with their bomb, and hurt 20 people. On his way to visit the injured, Franz was killed. -
Baptist Church Bombing, September 16 1963
The organisation was the Ku Klux Klan. It was a group of american white racist. Several members planted a bomb outside the 16th street Baptist Church in Birmingham. It exploded as 26 children were entering the church. 4 girls died, and the other 22 was injured. -
Benazir Bhutto, 27 december 2007
Benazir Bhutto was the leader of the Paktistan political party. She wanted to become prime minister in Pakistan. Many men were against her political opinions. She wanted equal rights for men and women.
She was killed in a bomb explosion, close to her car. And her and 20 other people died.
A man from al-Qaeda claimed responsibility for killing her.
