Telegraph Invented
The telegrah was invented by Samuel Morse. It revolutionized long-distance communication and worked by transmitting electrical signals over a wire laid between stations. Morse sent his first telegraph message, from Washington, D.C., to Baltimore, Maryland in 1844. The telegraph laid the groundwork for the communications revolution that led to better and better communication.

Electrical Voice Transmission System Invented
The first working electrical voice transmission system was invented by Johann Phillipp Reis. His machine consisted of a vibrating membrane that opened or closed an electric circuit. Reis used his invention to demonstrate the nature of sound.

Telephone Invented
Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone. While teaching at Boston University, he experimented with a means of transmitting several telegraph messages simultaneously over a single wire and also with various devices to help the deaf learn to speak. On March 10, the first coherent complete sentence—the famous “Mr. Watson, come here; I want you”—was transmitted in his laboratory.

Rotarty Phone Invented
Almon B. Strowger invented the Rotary Phone. The first dial exchange was installed at La Porte, Indiana, in 1892. The first Bell telephone company started in 1878.

Flip- Mobile Phone Invented
Motorola released the Motorola StarTAC in 1996. It was made by Mortorola as well. The Flip- Moblie Phone was a semi-clamshell design. The StarTAC is the successor of the MicroTAC.

Original IPhone Introduced
The first iPhone had quite a few inventors, including: Steve Jobs, Scott Herz, Bas, Ording, Greg Christie, and many more. It wasn't until a year later the Apple introduced the next iPhone called, the iPhone 3G. People were amazed by the new technology in communicatioon.
