SONAR
Sonar invented by Lewis Nixonon 1906.Sonar uses sound propagation in submarine navigation to navigate,communicate with or detect objects under the surface of the water.sonar devices send out a sound pulse from a transducer, and then precisely measure the time it takes for the sound pulses to be reflected back to the transducer. Hologram is invented by Dennis Gabour on 1948.Hologram is an image that appears to be three dimensional and which can be seen with the naked eye.Hologram is a photographic recording of a light field, rather than an image formed by a lens.Holographic images use in military mapping and helps tool visualize patient data and train medical students. Quality-fixed due to use military mapping and medical field.

Motorola Pager The name pager was first used in 1959 when Motorola made a personal radio communications product they called a pager. The Motorola pager was a small receiver that delivered a radio message individually to those carrying the device.
Intially pagers were know as Beepers. Pager technology was majorly used in the medical fields.
Quality is fixed as the Motorola was practically synonymous with wireless communications technology.
Cost is optimized, As at that time it was the best communication system introduced
Time is accepted, as wireless technology was not good enough to make them easy to use.

VR (VIRTUAL REALITY)
Ivan Sutherland and his student Bob Spoull created first VR/AR head mounted display which were connected to a computer instead of a camera. But it was noticeably large and scary looking contraption,and heavy. Creating a virtual stimulated environment using computer technology is the idea behind virtual reality.Quality: VR’s quality can be fixed.Time: time can be optimized as for it needs time to invent a new concept .Cost:Increasing budget can be acceptable as on a ratio to get a better result. -
VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL (VOIP)
VOIP is used to send voice data in packets using IP rather than traditional wire methods. It was invented in 1973 by Alon Cohen as a part of experiment in network voice protocol invented for ARPANET. It converts voice signals to data packets and transmitted via internet. VOIP phones like Avaya and Cisco can be integrated into mobile phones by use of their Apps.
