Bundy's next victim was a female student from Orgeon State University. Roberta Parks was on her way to meet friends for coffee and never arrived. -
June Murder #1 - Brenda Carol Ball
Bundy's next victim disappeared after leaving the Flame Tavern. Brenda Ball was last seen talking to a man with a sling in the parking lot. -
June Murder #2 - Georgeann Hawkins
Bundy's next victim was from the University of Washington. Georgeann Hawkins vanished while walking down the alley between her boyfriend's dormitory residence and her sorority house. -
Lake Sammamish State Park Murders
Bundy murdered two girls in the same day by luring them off the beach to help him unpack his sailboat from his car because his arm was in a sling. The two victims, Janice Anne Ott & Denise Naslund, never returned to the beach. -
Reported as Possible Suspect
Bundy's girlfriend, psychology professor, and co-worker Ann Rule, all reported Bundy as a possible suspect to the police. -

First Utah Murder - Nancy Wilcox
Bundy moved to Utah to go to school at the University of Utah Law School. His first victim was dragged into a wooded area, to "de-escalate" his pathological urges by raping and releasing her. However, he strangled her in the process of trying to silence her. -
Second Utah Murder - Melissa Smith
Bundy abducted 17-year-old Melissa Smith and murdered her. Smith disappeared after leaving a pizza parlor. -
Another Utah Murder - Laura Aime
Bundy abducted and murdered 17-year-old Laura Aime. Aime disappeared after leaving a cafe. Both Melissa Smith and Laura Aime had been beaten, raped, sodomized, and strangled with nylon stockings -
Failed Attempt as 'Policeman Bundy'
Bundy attempted to lure his victims by posing as a police officer. One victim, Carol DaRonch escaped Bundy after he tried to handcuff her in the police car. DaRonch had jumped out of the car while it was in motion. -
'Policeman Bundy' Succeeds Hours Later
Bundy did not let DaRonch's escape bother him. Later that evening, Bundy attempted to lure a teacher and another student into his police car, but both refused. Bundy finally succeeded in luring 17-year-old Debra Kent into his car. Kent was leaving the school's theater production to pick up her brother. -

January 12: Bundy abducted Caryn Campbell outside of her hotel on her vacation.
March 15: Bundy abducted Julie Cunningham, a ski instructor, while she was walking from her apartment to dinner.
April 6: Bundy abducted Denise Oliverson while she was riding her bike to her parents' house.
May 6: Bundy abducted 12-year-old Lynette Culver at her junior high school. -
Arrested
Bundy was arrested in Utah for failing to stop for a police officer. The officer found what appeared to be burglary tools in Bundy's car including a ski mask, a crow bar, handcuffs, trash bags, and an ice pick. Bundy was linked to the Utah murders and the kidnapping of Carol DaRonch, who had escaped 'policeman Bundy' the year before. -
Conviction
After a week-long trial, Ted Bundy was convicted of kidnapping and setenced to 15 years in prison. -
Jail Escapes
Bundy escaped from the law library during a recess of his preliminary hearing by leaving through an open windown behind a bookcase. He was caught 6 days later and put back in jail. However, Bundy escaped from prison a second time 7 months later. -
Floridian Life
After his second escape from prison, Bundy arrived in Florida by taking a train, stealing a car, and taking a bus. He then began another, murderous rampage. -
5th Victim of the Night - Cheryl Thomas
After the Chi Omega murders, Bundy broke into the house of another student, Cheryl Thomas. He injured Thomas while she was sleeping and left semen and two of his hairs, -
Chi Omega Murders
Bundy broke into the Chi Omega sorority house of Florida State University and attacked four female students.
Margaret Bowman was bludgeoned with a piece of oak firewood as she slept, then garroted her with a nylon stocking.
Lisa Levy was beat unconscious, strangled, bit deeply into her left buttock, and sexually assaulted.
Kathy Kleiner suffered a broken jaw and deep shoulder lacerations.
Karen Chandler suffered a concussion, broken jaw, loss of teeth, and a crushed finger. -
Final Murder - Kimberly Diane Leach
Bundy's final murder was that of 12-year-old Kimberly Diane Leach in southern Florida. Kimberly was called to the office to retriever her purse and never came back to class. -
Capture
Less than a week after the murder of Kimberly Leach, Bundy was caught and arrested in a stole VW Beetle. He then confessed to murdering 35 young women, but many believe that this number is much higher. -
Conviction
Bundy was convicted on July 24, 1979 of multiple counts of first-degree murder. He appealed several times but lost. -
Execution
Theodore Robert Bundy was executed on January 25, 1989 by the electric chair in Florida.
