    Establishing metrics and tools for evaluating instructional technology implementation is an essential component of school accountability for the ISTE standards. Benchmarks over the next 3 years will be essential: By the end of 2018, 50% of teachers will provide students with 2 digital learning activities/semester that reflect the M or R of the SAMR model By the end of 2019, 75% or more teachers...
