Cordless Phone
Until I was 8 years old we had a cordless landline phone. I had the phone number memorized for years! -
Nintendo Wii
In 2008 my family got the Nintendo Wii. We played the wii sports games. I remember playing a fruit slashing game where you sliced the fruit with a sword. We would play bowling and tennis on the wii. One day my brother had the wii remote on his wrist and he swung it so hard on his game that he hit himself in the face and gave himself a black eye! -
Cell Phone
When I was 10 I got my first cell phone because my parents were divorced and my dad didn't have a cell phone or a landline at his apartment. My mom got me my cell phone in case there was an emergency. I don't remember what type of phone it was but I know it was a flip phone! -
CD player
I had a cd player and radio in my room that I would listen to. I had CDs with Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana, and a few author country artists. -
MP3 Player
I had a purple mp3 player that I got for Christmas. I loved adding music to it. I remember one time I was in my backyard listening to my music and singing loudly with my headphones in. My dad had to point out that all of the neighbor kids were sitting in their backyard listening to me sing very loudly! -
Portable DVD Player
When I was 16 my step dad surprised my mom with a birthday trip to Las Vegas. My step dad bought each of us our own portable dvd players so that we could watch movies on the drive there! -
iPhone
I got my first iPhone which was the iPhone 6 -
HP Stream 11.6 Laptop
When I graduated high school my dad bought me my first laptop for college. It was so slow and had such a limited memory that after awhile it didn't even have enough memory to install the necessary windows updates! -
Playstation 4
My husband and I bought a playstation 4. We played Jackbox games, motorcross racing, and my husband played baseball. -
MacBook Air Laptop
I got a Macbook Air laptop the summer before I started my first teaching teaching job after my teaching internship.
