    Floppy Disk
    The Floppy Disk was invented by IBM this team of engineers was lead by Alan Shugart. The Floppy Disk gave you the ability to load software and share date much easier. It was given the name Floppy because of its extreme flexibility.
  • Pong

    Pong
    Pong was one of the first computer games and played a big role in paving the way for future computer gaming. Invented by Nolan Bushnell and Allan Alcorn, pong mimicked table-tennis and was one of the most popular games of all time.
  • Ethernet

    Ethernet
    Ethernet is used to connect devices to Internet but more importantly to connect to a local network. It was invented by Robert Metcalfe and Xerox, It's most common use is for internet router connection.
  • Ink Jet Printer

    Ink Jet Printer
    The first Ink-Jet printer was also one of the first printers capable of reproducing computer-generated images. Invented by Hewlett-Packard but unfortunately Ink-Jet printers wouldn't become popular until the mid 80's.
  • Walkman

    Walkman
    Originally created to be used during flights the walkman gave you the ability to listen to music whenever you wanted. The Sony TPS-L2 was invented by Kozo Ohsone and was a big hit worldwide.
