    Apple's iPad
    In April of 2010, Apple released the iPad. iPads are seen as just"bigger iPhones" but that's not the case. iPads make it easier to navigate through programs way easier than an iPhone. It's main purpose is to make it easier to complete tasks for work for for your own personal things. Many people use iPads at their jobs.
  • Snapchat

    Snapchat
    Snapchat was introduced in 2011 by Snap Inc. Snapchat was very different from other social media apps. Snapchat is famous for sending temporary photos and text messages. You can find this app on pretty much every young person's phone!
  • Amazon Alexa

    Amazon Alexa
    In November 2014, Amazon released "Alexa", a virtual assistant. This was a game changer for other similar virtual assistants such as Apple's Siri or Microsoft's Cortana as Amazon's Alexa is it's own physical form. Alexa can control some smart devices such as home systems.
  • Apple's AirPods

    Apple's AirPods
    Apple came out with their new bluetooth wireless earphones in December 2016. Since Apple removed the headphone jack starting with the iPhone 7, the only option were earphones with the charger's design or settle for the new Airpods. Culturally, AirPods were at the time considered a "luxury" and many memes were developed from them.
  • Nintendo Switch

    Nintendo Switch
    Nintendo came out with the Nintendo Switch in March of 2017. Nintendo, being one of the most famous gaming company, released a new gaming console. This portable system instantly became popular and loved amongst many gamers. Along with the switch came some games only available on the switch, such as Super Mario Odyssey. The system can be played as one handheld piece and can detach two controller from the side making it availble for multiple players.
