  • IBM PC

    IBM PC
    In 1981, IBM released their own version of the personal computer. Their PC was significantly faster and more reliable than the computers that were already available at the time.
  • VCR

    VCR
    In 1984, the VCR was introduced. Similar to the Walkman, this cassette tape was able to record media as well. The micro processors inside made it possible to record things off of the TV, which made it possible so that you could re watch it later. The staple invention for the popular movie renting business known as Blockbuster.

    In 1986, Fujifilm released the first disposable camera. This invention was perfect for things like touring and taking vintage photos.
