Overhead projector
My first-time seeing/using an overhead projector was in first grade. I thought to myself what could this loud machine possible be used for? Overheads made learning more visual and easier for everyone to see. -
Apple computer
when the apple computer first came out, we use to have an apple bus that would come to our school during computer time to show us the basics functions. It was my first time using an apple iMac I thought it was pretty cool. -
Mp3 player
I remember saving my allowance to buy my first mp3 player. If I can remember correctly, it cost around $40. It made walking from school so much easier I would blast my favorite tunes. I remember downloading songs for family and friends until my computer crashed from LimeWire. lol the good ole days. -
Sidekick
I got my first cellphone in six grade. At that time bow-wow was promoting the super popular sidekick phone. Everyone at my school had one so I was pretty juiced. There was an app on their called Aim you can compare it to snapchat today that's how we all communicate with one another. -
Myspace
You had to be there to experience what myspace was like during the early 200's time frame. I would say myspace was a pioneer for social media. I remember spending hours interacting with friends and family sharing videos and music. Did you know that myspace gave us our first taste of coding at a young age?
