My first Phone
I got a slide flip phone, I'm not exactly sure what kind, but it had a purple zebra case on it. I was so excited because I had guilted my parents into getting me a phone for safety purposes when really I just wanted to talk on the phone with my friends. Also, I did not want to have to memorize any more phone numbers to use the home phone. -
Artistic Discovery
The next thing I got was a Christmas present I'm sure. It was a tablet, not an iPad or anything, but like a tablet that's used for games and drawing and things like that. I'm not exactly sure of the brand either but all I know is that I was upset at first for them getting a cheaper version of what I actually wanted, but in the end I loved it. -
Best Gift Yet
This year I had got what I had been wanting forever since I saw a family friend receive it for Christmas. It was an iPod Touch, it had a camera, and I was able to download Kik and FaceTime to stay in contact with friends. Also, this is when I first created a social media platform on Snapchat and Instagram. -
Work For It
The next phone I got was not until my year going into middle school. I remember I had to scrub the grout in my whole house in order to earn it, but after I did I got my very first iPhone. It was an iPhone 5c specifically in the white color from SamsClub. I was s happy and I had this phone for so many years despite Apple coming out with a new phone every six months or so, so I felt kind of behind. -
Got It On My Own
All of the rest of my phones I had to pay for myself or worker by doing chores. The next phone I got was freshman year of high school and it was the iPhone7, however I ended up getting in trouble and as punishment I had to have a flip phone for 6 months. Keep in mind the flip phone I had to use was older than my first phone. Since then I have had an iPhone X and now 11
