Blackberry was formed by Mike Lazaridis and Douglas Fregin. My parents bought the new blackberry at the time which was the most advanced phone on the market. I remember being able to play games on this phone when I got bored which was revolutionary since phones were mainly just used for talking and texting. -

4G was originally envisioned by DARPA. This technology is 5 times faster than 3G and made accessing the internet from smartphones much quicker. It also made it much easier and quicker to video chat with people from mobile devices with less latency. -

The Xbox Kinect was invented by Alex Kipman. For a while my family had a wii that we were all able to play and move as a family but you always had to stand on the balance board and use a remote. When the Kinect came out we were able to use our body as a remote and were not as restricted in our movements as other consoles. -

Chat GPT 3.5 was released by the company open ai. This was the first advanced ai code that the public could easily access and grew very quickly due to the inputs from the populous. AI made writing code much quicker than humans can and makes technology development exponential.
