    The patent for the USB flash drive was granted to an Israeli company. Flash drives changed technology because it allowed people to transport their data from one computer to another, without a driver like emails.

    Facebook was made by Mark Zuckerburg in 2004. His goal was to allow people on his college campus to chat and connect. This started the social media movement, which now includes many many apps. Facebook owns many of these apps, including Instagram which is the other largest one.

    This is a game held console that allows people to play games on the go. This was created and released by Nintendo. This became huge for children. For many children, this would be their first game they would own.
  • YouTube created

    YouTube is an online video sharing platform. 3 former employees of Paypal-Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim- created it. This online platform allows people from all across the world to connect. The videos shared are widely varied, from funny comedy skits to cute animals to serious talks about serious issues.
  • iPhone created

    iPhone was created by Steve Jobs. This was game-changing for phones because it held all the normal capabilities of a cell phone but also touch screen ability and internet capability. iPhone has now become a status symbol. People are committed to this phone brand. Before new launches of the iPhone, people will camp outside of stores in order to get it.
