    First Battle

    Suleyman begins to march north of Istanbul. His army of Janisaries, Ottoman soldiers, conquered territories on the way. He reached Belgrade in early July, and took it by the end of August, 1521

    Suleyman fights agaist the Mohács.

    Suleyman sent his armies to attack Mohács. This Hungarian town was full of important aristocrats that held a lot of power in Hungary. The Ottoman Armies took Mohács in August of 1526 Suleyman sent out a Govener and some Janissaries to hold this town

    Suleyman attacks Vienna

    Suleyman sent his armies to the city of Vienna. On their way, terrible weather bothered them the whole time. By the time they got to Vienna, the walls were too strong, and the weather was horrible for an atempt on the city. But the Janissaaries tried four attacks on the city. This was Suleyman's first defeat.

    Suleyman the Magnificent attacks on Malta but will be unsuccessful. Having just 700, the knights are aided by several European nations who see Malta as the gateway to Europe and are therefore determined to protect it.
