Alexander McQueen
Alexander McQueen CBE was a British fashion designer who previously worked at Givenchy and founded his own brand Alexander McQueen in 1992.
McQueen has earned four British Designer of the Year awards and CFDA’s International Designer of the Year award in 2003.
Nicknamed the “l’enfant terrible” of fashion, which implies an unorthodox genius. McQueen is known for his extreme avant garde costumes which often had shock appeal and was presented in theatrical runway sets, which continues to inspire. -

An actor, drag queen, model, author, television personality an recording artist, RuPaul became internationally known when he released his hit song "Supermodel (You Better Work)" in 1992. -

Michael Alig charged on the murder of Angel Melendez
Angel Melendez was a regular at the New York nightclub scene. After an arguement in Michael Alig's apartment which included a drug debt, Angel Melendez was murdered by Alig and his friend Robert Riggs.
On the 1st October 1997, both Alig and Riggs were sentenced to prison for 10-20 years.
This event brought an end to the Club Kids, as many of the members had fled to other states to escape drug charges. -
The RuPaul Show
The RuPaul Show hosted by RuPaul was famous for being the first talk show for having an openly gay host.
The show featured celebrity interviews which included Diana Ross, Olivia Newton-John and Cher, comedy skits and musical performances. It last aired on the 23rd September 1998.
