Apples Struggles
Apple would release the Apple III but it experienced difficulties so they took it off of the market to rework it. They would then release the Lisa which was meant for people new to computers but it did not sell well and they lost half of their market share to IBM. -
Steve gets fired
Steve gets fired from Apple, then goes and buys NeXT from George Lucas which would then be bought by Apple later in 1996. -
Steve becomes permanent CEO
In January, Steve would reveal Apple's new internet strategy by including Macintosh-only applications and later announce that he was going to be the permanent CEO of Apple
