viewed on the 13 of March 2012In 1504 I was elected into parliment to represent Great Yarmouth and in 1510 to represent London. I served as one of the two undersherrifs of the city of London. I was a master of requests in 1514. Seven years later in 1521 I was knighted and made under-under-treasure ofthe exchequer. 1523 I was elected knight of the shire and eclected speaker of the house of commons.I served as High steward for the universty of Oxford and then Cambridge. 1524 I was the chancellor of the dutchy of lancaster. -
