St Ignatius was born on the 24th of December 1914 in Loyola, Castile Spain, to a wealth family. Out of thirteen children (5 sisters and seven brothers) he was the youngest.

during the reformation of the catholic church, st ignatius established the jesuits. which then was approved by pope paul the third. the main reason was to streghthen and restore the catholic church, the jesuits became bigger and became the largest, most mobile and most educated. they built colleges all around the world and created many missions.
