Columbus' first voyage

Columbus sailed in search of a new route to Asia to get spices and other oriental goods. which lead to Columbus discovering the new world which is between Europe and Asia. Columbus had traveled to the New World a total of four times between the time span of 10 years. the importance of this discovery is that the New world would have been discovered later which who knows what it would have done to the people here.
