  • Beginning

    Eckels in nervous about entering the time machine and coming out alive

  • Information on the President

    The tour guide states that Keith had won the election, and that Deutscher was an anti everything

  • The Forewarning

    The thourguide warns Eackels about the dinosaurs and how they are very dangerous and hungry

  • Going into the time machine

    Eckels enters the time machine and goes back in time

  • Entering the Past

    Eckels meets his crew: the safari leader, his assistant, and two hunters

  • Introduction to the Past

    Eckels is reminded that everythign he does has a huge impact on the present

  • Beginning of the Hunt

    The tour guide instructs Eckels that he may only shoot the animals marked with red paint, because those are the ones who do not have an impact in the present.

  • The Dinosaur

    The tour guide instructs the men in which order to shoot, and they spot the tyrannosaurus rex

  • Miscalculation

    Eckels and his crew see how large the dinosaur is, and plan to run back to the time machine

  • Dino Down

    The men fire at the dinosaur while it runs very quickly at them, and they kill it

  • the aftermath

    a tree falls on the dinosaur, that was supposed to kill it orginially, and is offered to take a picture with it

  • Travis' outrage

    Travis threatens to leave Eckels because he went off of the path, and forces him to dig the bullets out of the dinosaur

  • The Return

    Eckels returns to the presesnt, but everything is slightly off

  • Realization and Ending

    Eckels realizes that he has stepped on a butterfly and changed the present, then Travis kills him
