Mark opens facebook to all people. Anyone can open an account if over the age of 13. This allowed sponsors to take spectate the site and overview what is have to offer. Instagram overnight sucess

Legal issues
Instagram changed its Terms and Services that caused legal problems. The new changes allowed Instagram to sell the photos to third parties without any notification to the users or monetary compensation. Snapchat ads
Instagram uses hashtags to associate consumers with ads and promotion. The hashtag is then placed into the Discover area.
