Skrillex talked to Matt Good of From First to Last about playing guitar for the band on their first album. After talking to other band members and producers, he was made lead singer, with Matt Good as guitarist. (No specific date found, just the year 2004.) After being very succesful, and Skrillex suffering from voice problems, he announced he would be resigning from From First to Last to pursue a solo career. -
