    According to the U.S. Department of Justice (2013), individual Jimmy Caraballo-Colón was arrested for coercing a minor to engage in sexual activity to produce child porn. This took place in an anonymous video-chat website where the suspect met the seventeen year old victim. The crime was done online.

    According to the article, Puerto Rico's government lost multiple millions of dollars over several departments caused by the hacked email account of an employee in the Employment Retirement System. Upwards of $1.9 million dollars were lost.
