    Individual Arrested For “Sextortion” In Puerto Rico
    According to the U.S. Department of Justice (2013), individual Jimmy Caraballo-Colón was arrested for coercing a minor to engage in sexual activity to produce child porn. This took place in an anonymous video-chat website where the suspect met the seventeen year old victim. The crime was done online.
