Organized by Joseph B. McAurthur. Had 16 Members. The uniforms cost $15 a piece. -

The band played for a political party and some uniforms were stolen. Purchased cheaper uniforms (drum major still had a bear skin hat) -
Alpha Chapter
The Alpha chapter was founded at Oklahoma State University -
Sigma Chapter
Sigma Chapter was founded with 20 members. Activities included a combined marching and concert band. Concerts were held in the newly completed Lehr auditorium, which seated 1500. Trips for away football games were paid for by collections between the halves of games. -
Great Depression
While many chapters were forced to shut down during the Great Depression, Sigma stayed active -
