Muromachi Time Period
The Muromachi period lasted from 1336 - 1573. The Muromachi period occurred only three years after the Kamakura period which was a shock to the Japanese. The period observed substantial cultural development within the Japanese. During the time of 1350-1352 a war broke out with Ashikaga and his brother, Takauji. The war was vicious and brutal and had bad outcomes for Ashikaga. The Muromachi period ended due to the termination of Ashikaga which was played out by Oda Nobunaga. -
