John Dalton
John Dalton was an English chemist. His ides were said that all elements are made of atoms, his theory was called Dalton's Atomic Theory. He also believed that compounds are made of two or more atoms and some atoms like an atom of hydrogen and carbon are different. Also some atoms are alike like an atom of hydrogen is like another atom of hydrogen. -
J.J. Thompsan
J.J. Thompsan discovered that atoms had negatively charged particles called electrons. He discovered these particles when he was experimenting with gas discharge tubes, then he found a movement in the tube he called them cathode. He then discovered that the cathode rays were made of negativley charged particles/ (electrons).
