Distribution of African Languages
In 1881 the Scramble for Africa starts when Europe invades Africa and started to colonize. During this time Africa and its countries began to speak the European languages. In 1914 the colonization stops, however by this time most of the continent had already started to speak European languages. Now most Africans speak Arabic. The number of people who speak these languages is high in the educated population, and most spoken within the upper classes, while less spoken in the lower classes. -

Current Africa
Currently Africa has a large amount of natural resources however it’s still the poorest and least developed continent on the world. It is said to have a high illiteracy rate, a high crime rate, a corrupt government, as well has many major conflicts between the tribes and military. However it has one of the richest cultures, and a large variety of different customs, religions, ceremonies and rituals.
