Projected completion of first phase
Because fundraising is still in process, the performance facilities will be built in two phases. The first phase will include the 375-seat recital hall and large rehearsal room. This part of the center will be built into a u-shape. Once funds have been acquired, the second phase, which includes a 787-seat concert hall, will be built into the existing u-shaped building.
